The Training Leader is responsible for developing and coordinating training programs to ensure a high standard of production employee competence. They will collaborate with shift leaders to identify training gaps and oversee the implementation of digital documentation systems.
Candidates must have a completed education in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or technical field with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. A strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and digital production systems is essential.
