The HR Business Partner will advise and support managers on HR and leadership topics throughout the employee life cycle, including talent management and performance management. Additionally, the role involves supporting organizational change projects, handling labor law inquiries, and facilitating training workshops.
Candidates must have a university degree or equivalent education, ideally with additional HR certification and at least five years of experience in an HR advisory role. Proficiency in Swiss labor law, experience in change management, and strong communication skills in German and English are required.
