The OR Surgical Technician provides patient care by scrubbing surgical cases and assisting providers with supplies and equipment. Key duties include maintaining a sterile field, performing surgical counts, and adhering to asepsis principles across various surgical specialties.
Candidates must have completed an OR Technician course or have at least one year of on-the-job training, with one year of hospital experience preferred. Required certifications include ORT certification, CPR, and NRP.
