This position supports the execution of departmental priorities, assists with process improvement initiatives, maintains operational records and reporting, and performs a variety of activities that contribute to the efficient operation of the business.
The Operations Associate is expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role is designed to provide broad exposure to operational functions while developing expertise in one or more disciplines over time
