Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary contract oversight for all ACES support services in Korea and Japan, acting as the regional On-Site Coordinator.
· Lead phase-in and contract start-up activities in the Pacific region, ensuring compliance with Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) requirements and local regulations.
· Coordinate with HQ IMCOM, local contracting command, and installation education staff to ensure smooth delivery of services.
· Manage SOFA and logistical support processes, including staff onboarding, training, and credentialing.
· Monitor contract performance, staffing rates, and compliance with Army and host nation requirements.
· Provide leadership and support to staff at all Pacific installations, resolving operational issues and ensuring service continuity.
· Increase engagement during contract transitions, surges, or contingency operations.
· Report regional performance, challenges, and compliance issues to the Program Manager and HQ IMCOM.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
· Minimum five (5) years of general management experience, with direct experience in military education, SOFA processes, and host nation requirements.
· Knowledge of contingency operations, Non-combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO), and local labor laws.
Education
· Bachelor's degree (required); Master's preferred.
Experience
· At least five (5) years in management, with experience in military or government education support services and host nation coordination.
