The Position

The Healthcare System Partner (HSP) is an empowered leader and the local face of Roche working closely with stakeholders who are part of the healthcare chain at the Health System level, such as policymakers, regulators among others.
The HSP identifies shared purpose and value, co-creates solutions and co-implements them together with all ecosystems, which has an indirect impact on the outcomes of thousands of patients.

Your Opportunity

The responsibilities for this role include:

• The HSP partners with healthcare system stakeholders to drive innovation and unlock opportunities to deliver value to the ecosystem, integrating health economics analysis and outcomes research, as well as trends in health care technologies.

• As part of this, the HSP helps identify, map, engage with, and manage ecosystem stakeholders.

• The HSP acts as a trusted partner and primary (but not sole) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche. Internally, they share the stakeholder community's vision and values, prioritize and secure resources, and drive solutions that deliver faster results, sharing published information to facilitate access and reimbursement decisions.

• The HSP embodies the Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst (VACC) model and acts as a

• catalyst and coach both externally and internally.

• The role is empowered to leverage expertise and resources locally and across the network as needed, including in collaboration with other HSPs and PJPs.

• The HSP goes beyond the individual ecosystem and catalyzes our ability to see broader trends and patterns in healthcare systems and identify future information needs by anticipating dynamic market changes.

• It works internally with ecosystems and the public policy team, supporting them in the development and negotiation of differentiated procurement mechanisms and innovative contracts with payers.

• It always acts to protect our reputation and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• It collaborates directly with business roles responsible for Value Proposition, HTA and Pricing in the development of new revenue/business opportunities.

Who you are

The person in this position has the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse actors in the healthcare ecosystem. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast and changing environment, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• University studies completed

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in Access roles, or experience working in the public heathcare sector with deep understanding of the health system, processes and governance.

• Intermediate English proficiency is required

• Ability to understand and leverage digital media and tools to benefit all stakeholders.
