Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide support ininitialCAPEX scoping and support in CAPEX commissioning.
Provide support incontinuousimprovementprojects that require R&Dprocesstechnicalsupport.
Create a pipeline ofprocessengineering enabledvaluecreation opportunities aligned tocompany andcluster strategies.
Establish strong working relationshipandtechnical exchange with Kraft Heinzinternationalprocessengineeringgroupsandexternalpartners toleverageand locally deploy advantagedprocessengineering solutions.
Demonstrateprojectmanagement best practice to deliver projects with executional excellence, includingdefining clear project and businessobjectives, undertaking robust technical feasibilities, timeline development and adherence,projectnow/stageandgate and R&Dways ofworking compliance.
Initiate and leadprocessengineering enabledvaluecreation, R&DdrivenEnvironmental, Social and Governance (ESG)andtechnologyprojects.
Provideprocessengineering guidance to cross-functionalstakeholders andvaluecreation R&D team.
Support theselection, optimisation, validation and commissioning of new and existingprocesses andprocessing equipment.
What you'll bring:
1-3yearsexperiencein an R&Drole in thefood industry.
Process improvement and process development experience withinthe foodmanufacturing / food product developmentindustry.
Familiarity with and ability to work withinamanufacturing andpilotplant environment
Understanding of keyfood manufacturing process steps, including ingredientpreparation,blending,thermalprocessingandpackaging.
Proficient using Excel,Word,PowerPointandProject Management tools.
Ability to pull data andanalyse andassess trends in relation to process and food.
Experience acrossproduction systems including Agile, BPCS and SAP
Understanding of the FSANZ Food Standards code and food labelling requirements.
Understanding of interactions between ingredients, additives, recipes,processesand packaging types.
Understanding andhigh levelof competence in all elements of the product development cycle including consumer insight interpretation, ideation to concept development, technical feasibility, factoryimplementationand product launch.
