• Supervise and train FSQA activities to meet BRCGs and customers’ requirements.
• Responsible for NCR that related to Raw materials and Packaging materials including issue and follow up NCR and update status to management team.
• Plan for Raw materials and Packaging materials monitoring and reviewing the results.
• Participating in internal audit, supplier audit, third party audit and customer audit.
• Coordinate with both external WH and inter WH for daily issues concerned to incoming RM / PM and solutions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and RD team for new supplier or new ingredient activity plan.
• Conduct supplier audit, supplier food safety and quality document review, approval, and filling.
• Coordinate with SMETA, RA, RSPO team for maintaining these systems in facility.
• Oversee team development and ensure effective daily execution of incoming inspection and disposition for RM and PM.
• Plan and conduct internal audit and follow up the completion and filing of BRCGS, SQMS, Halal, SMETA, Kosher, RSPO, RA, etc.
• Reporting supplier management status to top management on monthly basis.
• Follow up and update certification including food safety & food quality, Halal, Kosher from supplier.
• Leads all investigations and root cause analysis for issues identified of RM and PM.
• Responds and proactively reduces consumer complaints working with all supporting teams.
• Must be able to do additional job duties assigned by FSQA Manager.
• In case of absence of FSQA Supervisor, FSQA Manager will be responsible to provide adequate cover.
