About The Role:

Drive growth by direct sales and enable the sales team by qualifying potential customers and making sure they fulfil the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales: Conducting outbound phone calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
• Lead Generation: Following up on generated leads and making contact with potential customers.
• Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing information about products and offers.
• Order Processing: Processing orders for existing customers and initiating repeat purchases.
• Sales Support: Upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to both new and existing customers.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and updated customer databases, documenting sales, and managing customer information.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer questions, managing conflicts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Achieving Goals: Working towards and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Sales Operations: handling closed deals documents cycle, sales dashboards & data input
• 3 years of experience in sales, business development, and sales strategy, 1 years in F&B industry.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to persuade customers.
• Salesmanship: Strong sales skills, including negotiation and the ability to guide a conversation to a successful close.
• Active Listening: Patience and the ability to listen to customer concerns to understand their needs.
• Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of the products or services being sold.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software, databases, and computer systems.
• Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and stress when dealing with customers.
• Organization: Meticulousness in record-keeping and managing customer information.
