The intern will manage AP/AR flows, reconcile financial data across CRM and ERP systems, and perform variance analysis for monthly reviews. Additionally, they will handle project controlling for infrastructure deployment and support various ad hoc business cases.
Candidates should be in the first or second year of a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering & Management. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are required, while Swedish and experience with ERP or BI tools are advantageous.

As part of the Scania Group, we combine the strength of a global transport leader with the agility of a fast-growing company. Our approach focuses on energy efficiency and optimal utilisation, ensuring that electrification is not only sustainable but also financially and commercially viable for our customers. We support different ways of financing, owning and operating charging sites, so that each customer can find the model that best fits their business. With operations across nine European markets and global expansion underway, we enable transport operators to electrify their fleets with confidence and long-term profitability.
Our finance team is intentionally lean and sits close to the centre of the business and is involved in commercial decisions, strategic planning, and performance management.
This internship covers the full range of what finance does in a growth company, from hands-on AP/AR work to strategic projects and operational improvements with real impact. Both ends of that spectrum matter, and we expect you to be comfortable with both.
Day-to-day accounting and transaction processing is handled by our external service provider, which means your focus is on process ownership, oversight, and analysis rather than routine bookkeeping. You will work directly with senior colleagues in Finance and have broad exposure to how the business operates.
You are in your first or second year of a Master's programme in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering & Management.
You have strong analytical and accounting fundamentals and are comfortable structuring problems independently. Equally important: you take ownership of whatever is in front of you, whether it is strategic or operational. We are looking for someone who does not distinguish between work that is interesting and work that simply needs to get done. You are fluent in English, and Swedish is an advantage for day-to-day finance operations.
Experience with ERP systems, Salesforce, or BI tools is a plus. Previous internship experience in finance, consulting, or a similar operational role is welcome but not required.
Location: Central Stockholm
Extent: 50%, designed to run alongside full-time studies
Duration: 5 months
Compensation: Market rate
