All’interno dell’Area Industrial Operations, stiamo ricercando un/a tirocinante curriculare per la nostra sede di Cascina Costa
In linea con l'impegno del gruppo verso la sostenibilità industriale, l'attenzione è rivolta all‘implementazione di un’economia circolare.
Impegno volto all’attivazione industriale dei processi di riciclo sia degli sfridi derivanti dalla produzione di parti in Composito (già oggetto di una precedente tesi) che degli sfridi derivanti dalla produzione di parti metalliche (con focus in particolare su Alluminio, Titanio e Magnesio).
Lo studio si concentrerà sulla fattibilità tecnica, economica e legale (tema sottoprodotti) del riciclo degli sfridi e sulla fattibilità tecnico ed economica del riutilizzo degli sfridi riciclati su parti di elicottero.
L'attività di tesi si concentrerà sulla valutazione delle alternative di recupero degli sfridi, lo sviluppo del processo di riutilizzo, la qualifica e l'implementazione industriale.
Permetterà allo studente di sviluppare un approccio sistemico, coniugando aspetti tecnici, industriali ed economici.
E’ prevista una significativa iterazione con i plant produttivi (modalità generazione sfridi e volumi), con la progettazione (criteri di progetto), con la funzione acquisti (coinvolgimento catena di fornitura nuova e attuale) e con i program manager (budget e ritorno degli investimenti).
