About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support the daily operations of the EUV Training Center in Tainan.
In this role, you will assist with training tool logistics, calibration and certification activities, material tracking, inventory coordination, and operational administration. You will work closely with trainers, logistics teams, CSCM stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure training tools and materials are available and ready for use.
This internship offers valuable exposure to training operations, supply chain coordination, and semiconductor industry processes in a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Training Tool & Material Coordination
Support calibration and certification activities for training tools and materials.
Identify, locate, and prepare tools and equipment required for calibration or certification processes.
Coordinate tool shipment, receiving, packaging, unpacking, and storage activities.
Assist in tracking tool movement and inventory status.
Maintain tool availability to support training schedules and operational requirements.
Logistics & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with CSCM teams regarding calibration schedules, material requirements, and delivery timelines.
Support communication with warehouse and logistics personnel for material movements.
Arrange loading and unloading support for transportation activities when required.
Communicate with external logistics service providers regarding shipment requirements, schedules, dimensions, and support arrangements.
Inventory & Material Management
Support spare part ordering and material replenishment activities.
Verify material confirmations and order status updates.
Track borrowed materials and ensure timely return.
Follow up on material availability and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to minimize training impact.
Assist in locating and preparing materials for operational use.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain operational tracking files and control tables.
Update inventory, calibration, and certification records.
Prepare and consolidate operational data for reporting purposes.
Support process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Administrative Support
Participate in weekly operational meetings.
Prepare information and status updates for team discussions.
Support other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the Training Center team.
