Requires a fully indentured apprenticeship in mechanical or manufacturing and a BTEC ONC or equivalent engineering qualification. Candidates must have experience as a Quality Inspector within the Space or Aerospace industry and IOSH Managing Safely certification.

As part of our continued support to a major customer in the space industry, we are looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure the conformity of satellite components to customer requirements and support quality assurance efforts in our client’s facility. This role involves conducting quality inspections, monitoring cleanliness and contamination standards, and ensuring on-time, on-cost delivery with a “right first time” approach.
Ensure conformity of AIT operations within the Cleanroom in accordance with Plans, Processes and Procedures for the Satellites and Ground Support Equipment, to approved quality standards
Experience as Quality Inspector.
Understanding & knowledge of Space/Aerospace Quality Assurance Requirements.
Previous experience of inspection activities (Quality Inspector background) or Assembly operations in Space / Aerospace industry.
