Perform maintenance, repair, and calibration of hospital facilities and infrastructure according to established standards. Conduct routine checks on water and electricity sources and maintain detailed operational logs and reports.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Machinery or Electrical Engineering with at least one year of experience in the engineering field. Candidates must have strong knowledge of MEP systems and the physical ability to perform tasks like climbing ladders.
•Carry out maintenance and repair of facilities and public facilities and infrastructure in the hospital environment in accordance with established standards
•Carrying out maintenance, repair, replacement and calibration activities for public facilities and infrastructure according to schedule using preventive and corrective maintenance programs and correct methods/regulations
•Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors and other parties other related parties
•Carry out routine checks and documentation of the condition and function of public facilities and infrastructure, including water sources and electricity sources, to ensure maintenance standards are achieved, implemented and maintained
•Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
•Fill out daily logsheets regularly for designated areas
