The Fitter and Turner will autonomously undertake maintenance for the refinery and packaging plants while working as part of a crew to meet maintenance targets. They will also liaise with other personnel to support capital projects and ensure the seamless operation of factory equipment.
The successful candidate must be a qualified mechanical tradesperson with a robust background in the manufacturing or sugar industry. Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting packaging equipment is highly desirable.

As our next qualified Fitter and Turner, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our refinery and packaging plant equipment. You will have the opportunity to use your expertise to ensure the seamless running of our operations in our high-paced environment of the sugar refinery and packaging department.
The successful applicant will possess the skills necessary to carry out refinery maintenance, capital projects goals and objectives and be required to:
Rates for qualified mechanical tradespersons range between approximately $42 and $50 per hour, dependent on skills and training.
