Acerca del equipo
El área de Payments de IT se dedica a desarrollar soluciones de pagos para que nuestros clientes puedan aceptar cobros de una forma más sencilla e integrada con nuestro software de gestión. Nuestro objetivo es facilitar y optimizar las experiencias relacionadas a cobros, trabajando estrechamente con el área de Producto para desarrollar ágilmente las necesidades de los clientes, mejorando su operatividad y la experiencia del usuario.
Nuestro squad es un equipo interdisciplinario con programadores de Mobile, Web y Backend, cada uno con un alto grado de independencia, que colaboran de manera eficiente para ofrecer soluciones innovadoras y adaptadas a los desafíos de mercado.
Descripción del rol
El rol de Technical Lead Backend tendrá como objetivo principal liderar técnicamente el desarrollo backend del equipo de Payments (Fudo Pagos),garantizando la fiabilidad, seguridad y escalabilidad de los flujos de cobro. Es un rol transversal sobre todo el dominio de pagos: evolución de la plataforma, integraciones con adquirentes y
procesadores, calidad e infraestructura, y liderazgo de iniciativas estratégicas como el desarrollo de un gateway de pagos propio.
