Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts in preparing technical documentation for maintenance interventions on nuclear turbo-alternators and primary circuit pumps. Ensure the quality, regulatory compliance, and performance of deliverables while driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requires an engineering degree and proven experience in team management within a demanding industrial environment, preferably the nuclear sector. Candidates must possess strong technical expertise in heavy industrial maintenance and mastery of quality and safety standards.
1. Votre mission
En tant que Responsable de l’équipe Documentation dans le département Méthode & Prodcutivité, vous pilotez une équipe d’experts dédiée à la préparation et à la fiabilité de la documentation technique pour les interventions de maintenance sur les groupes turbo alternateur ainsi que sur les pompes circuit primaire des centrales nulcéaires.
Vous supervisez une équipe composée de 8 collaborateurs en management direct, 3 ressources en support et 2 sous-traitants, et garantissez la qualité, la conformité et la performance des livrables documentaires destinés aux opérations sur site.
Votre rôle est clé pour assurer la sécurité, la qualité et l’efficacité des interventions, dans le respect des normes ISO 9001 et 19443.
