What you’ll do:
Involved in transfers and NPI as Co-Lead with Project Manager and NPI Engineer using Pro Launch
Involved in pilots process as co-lead with the process engineer
Involved in creating or improving process flow, layout
Part of a cross-functional team in implementing product, component or process changes within the Company
Participate to Problem solving analysis based on the prioritizations and need
Involved in Continuous Improvement Projects
Lead cost reduction projects as per identification performed in the team
Seek VAVE or lean projects from the current production products
Participate at test programs documentation for creation
Responsible for compliance with the specific legislation for all the improvements made to the working methodology
Notify one of the hierarchical superiors whenever meets problems that exceed the personal competence of solving
Respects the internal security procedures related to the use of the equipments and machines
Informs immediately the responsible person for any malfunction in the operation of the equipment
Wears the personal protective equipment and the work equipment provided
Qualifications:
Highschool degree, at least university studies in progress
Skills:
Previous knowledge and experience with all quality assurance systems, lean manufacturing principles and practices, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Kaizen activities, programs and methods related to quality and continuous improvement are required
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Minitab
Good process orientation, analytical and planning skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
Ability to assess risk, proactively capitalize on opportunities and challenges
Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team and influence others
Excellent analytical, problem solving, project management, project management and advocacy skills
Good time management skills requiring little supervision
Ability to identify and resolve production issues arising
