The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle from execution readiness through to final acceptance and service handover. They must ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and financial targets while managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.

The Project Manager is fully responsible for the project during the Execution Readiness and Execution phases, from the handover from Sales through to final acceptance and transfer to Service. The role ensures the achievement of project KPIs and full compliance with contractual commitments.
