The Lead Buyer is responsible for coordinating the entire sourcing process from tender issuance to contract signing and implementing category strategies. They also lead and develop a team while managing supplier relationships and optimizing procurement efficiency.
Requires a university degree in Economics, Engineering, or Law and at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement and tendering. High-level English (C1) and proficiency in ERP and eProcurement systems are essential.

Feladataid részletesen:
Beszerzési folyamatok koordinálása és felügyelete: Te leszel a felelős a teljes sourcing folyamatért, a tenderkiírástól a szerződéskötésig.
Stratégiai beszerzés: Közreműködsz a kategóriastratégiák megvalósításában, figyeled a piaci trendeket, innovációkat és technológiai fejlesztéseket.
Tenderfolyamatok lebonyolítása: Versenyeztetés, ajánlatok kiértékelése, bizottsági munka támogatása, tárgyalások vezetése.
Szerződéskötés és jogi megfelelés: Szerződések elkészítése a pénzügyi, jogi és biztonsági előírásoknak megfelelően, valamint a jóváhagyási folyamat menedzselése.
Csapatvezetés és fejlesztés: Kollégák irányítása, teljesítményük értékelése és szakmai fejlődésük támogatása.
Kapcsolattartás és problémamegoldás: Szállítói kapcsolatok építése, reklamációk kezelése, komplex problémák megoldása.
Folyamatos fejlesztés: Hozzájárulsz a beszerzési folyamatok optimalizálásához és hatékonyságának növeléséhez.

Felsőfokú végzettség (Gazdasági, Műszaki vagy Jogi területen)
Minimum 3 év releváns tapasztalat beszerzésben, tendereztetésben
Magas szintű angol nyelvtudás (C1), magyar nyelv előny

Proaktív, üzleti szemlélet és etikus hozzáállás
