Design and produce engaging digital learning content, including e-learning modules, animations, and interactive videos for employees. Manage the administration of the Thrive Learning platform and create L&D data dashboards for reporting.
Requires demonstrable experience in e-learning content creation and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and G-Suite. Experience with LMS/LXP platforms is essential, while Articulate 360 or L&D qualifications are highly beneficial.
As a Digital Learning Specialist within our Head Office, you will make a significant impact on our in-house Talent & Development by helping to build a truly innovative digital learning environment for NEXT employees.
Day-to-day, you will be hands-on in designing, developing, and producing a wide range of engaging digital learning content, from e-learning modules and animations to interactive videos and resources. You will work closely with the Digital Learning Lead, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure our T&D team meets project requirements and actively enhance the overall learning experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically skilled individual to push boundaries and bring fresh ideas to life during a 12 month Maternity cover.
