Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs.
• Support implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Assist with deployment, go-live activities, and post-production support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and project status discussions.

Required Skills

Dynamics 365 CRM

• Hands-on experience with: Dynamics 365 Sales Dynamics 365 Customer Service Dynamics 365 Marketing/Customer Insights (preferred) Field Service (preferred)
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes and customer engagement workflows.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and administration.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and security role configuration.

Business Analysis & Functional Skills

• Requirement gathering and documentation.
• Process mapping and business process analysis.
• Functional design and solution recommendations.
• User story creation and backlog management.
• Stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation.

Qualifications

Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering
