- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve data-related challenges, ensuring smooth operations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processes and system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alation Data Catalog.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and data integration techniques.
- Experience with data quality assurance and validation methods.
- Familiarity with extract, transform, and load processes and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues efficiently.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to implement scalable data solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Alation Data Catalog.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
