Role:
As part of our European Supply Chain team, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability across FANUC’s sales companies throughout Europe. Working closely with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain stakeholders, you will contribute to accurate demand planning, optimized inventory levels, and a high level of customer service. In this position, you will have a direct impact on FANUC’s delivery performance and overall business success.
Your Responsibilities
Analyze demand trends and develop accurate forecasts to support inventory optimization and material planning decisions
Continuously review, challenge, and improve demand forecasts based on market developments, sales input, and business changes
Manage inventory levels and material availability across FANUC’s European sales companies in SAP
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential supply issues early and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Act as a key interface between Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other international stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with Sales teams to align demand planning with market reality and commercial needs
Analyze, interpret, and communicate planning data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support business decisions and derive actionable insights
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and supply chain processes
Your Profile
Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Forecasting, or Material Planning
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally within an international organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales and Supply Chain functions
Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly while collaborating effectively in cross-functional international teams
Strong written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage
