Requires a completed high school education and availability to work from Thursday to Sunday, including holidays. Previous experience in customer service is considered a differential.

O dia a dia...
Dar as boas-vindas aos clientes, identificar necessidade de atendimento (compra de cápsulas, máquinas, somente informação, cliente preferencial)
Preencher a parede de cápsulas, máquinas, acessórios diariamente para apoiar os Atendentes na venda.
Entrega de materiais explicativos ao cliente sobre produtos/serviços Nespresso.
Apoio ao Atendente de Boutique esclarecimento de dúvidas dos clientes apoiando indiretamente na venda dos produtos.
Montagem de kits de ofertas de cápsulas.

Disponibilidade para trabalhar de quinta a domingo, incluindo feriados
