Act as a trusted commercial advisor managing NEC4 contracts and commercial matters for complex infrastructure and energy projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary delivery teams on-site to ensure contractual performance and effective risk management.
Requires a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Engineering, along with a full UK driving license. Candidates should have experience in financial reporting and forecasting, with a preference for those pursuing RICS, CIPS, or ICE membership.
