Requires a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Environmental Science and 3–5 years of experience in municipal permitting and land use regulations. Must be proficient in interpreting NJDEP regulations and have a valid driver's license for travel to project sites.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Licensing & Permitting Specialist to join our team in Warren, NJ. This role is critical to keeping our projects moving, and you will serve as the driving force behind securing the municipal approvals and site plan signoffs that allow our construction and development projects to move from design to reality. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience in municipal permitting and site plan approvals, along with the organizational skill and persistence to manage multiple approval timelines simultaneously.
