The role involves performing market and financial analysis to support valuations and financial models in Excel. The student will also assist in preparing pitch materials and coordinating transactions for SME clients.
Candidates must be currently pursuing a university degree in finance or a similar field. Fluency in Danish and English, combined with strong analytical and social skills, is mandatory.

You are financially and analytically strong, but above all commercially and socially skilled. You will not merely be working on spreadsheets, you will be involved in the entire process and meet clients from the start!

As an M&A Working Student at Marktlink, you can expect the following tasks:
Perform market research, company analysis and financial analysis;
Support the preparation of valuations and financial models in Excel;
Assist in preparing presentations, information memorandums and pitch materials;
Support commercial activities and buyer research;
Help coordinate ongoing transactions and project activities;
Work closely with deal teams across multiple industries and sectors.
You are currently studying a university degree within finance such as cand.merc. or similar;
You are a social and entrepreneurial person with a practical, strategic, tactical and commercial mindset;
In addition to strong analytical skills, you are punctual and goal-oriented;
Motivated to work with companies in the SME sector;
An eye for personal relationships and excellent communication skills are essential;
Fluency in both spoken and written Danish and a good command of English is mandatory.
