Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat channels.

• Native or fluent Spanish language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
• A good working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and training purposes.
• Previous experience in customer support services, call centre operations, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required — full training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
