The Junior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor will assist with cost control, forecasting, and monthly commercial reporting for mechanical projects. They will also support subcontractor procurement, track variations, and perform measurements and take-offs from drawings and BIM models.
Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong numerical and Excel skills are required, along with a proactive attitude and a willingness to travel across Europe.
