You will develop, improve, and troubleshoot extrusion processes by working directly on the production floor. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to turn technical ideas into reliable production solutions.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials. You should possess strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

As Development Engineer in NOV's Extrusion Process Team, you will help develop, improve and troubleshoot the extrusion processes behind some of the world's most advanced flexible pipe systems. You will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Projects and R&D to understand technical challenges, find the root causes and turn good ideas into reliable solutions in production.
Previous extrusion experience is an advantage, but it is not a requirement. We are looking for an engineer who is curious, structured and willing to learn. Someone who asks why, who enjoys complex problems, and who wants to understand how a manufacturing process really behaves before deciding how to improve it.
