Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agronomic Technical Consultants to drive regional sales growth across Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. Develop and execute regional sales strategies while building strong relationships with agricultural retailers and distributors.
Requires 5+ years of agricultural sales experience with a strong understanding of the crop input industry and previous leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a growing team of Agronomic Technical Consultants (ATCs) / Sales Representatives across Oklahoma, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri. This position will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, developing key retailer relationships, and coaching the sales team to achieve its goals.
