Responsibilities

Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and restrooms throughout the day
Gathering, washing, drying, folding, and returning laundry
Maintaining the cleanliness of resident units – including but not limited to wiping counters, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, and showers.
Light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs and taking out trash
Maintain proper levels of cleaning products
Performing all work in a safe manner

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 45 pounds
Candidates must be comfortable interacting with others
