Scope of Business / Function – Key Areas of Expertise / Responsibilities
1.    Inventory Management 库存管理
Monitor regional inventory levels to optimize turnover and prevent overstock/stockouts.
监控区域库存水平，优化库存周转率，避免过剩或缺货。
Develop safety stock strategies balancing cost and service levels.
制定安全库存策略，平衡成本与服务水平。
Assess inventory obsolescence risks and implement preventive measures.
评估库存呆滞风险，制定预防性措施降低报废损失。
Conduct regular inventory analysis and make appropriate provision for impairment.
定期分析库存状态，合理计提存货减值准备。
2.    Distribution Network Optimization 分销网络优化
Analyze sales region characteristics and customer demand to develop optimal distribution strategies.
分析销售区域特征和客户需求，制定最优的分销策略。
Evaluate and improve distribution channel effectiveness to enhance supply chain responsiveness.
评估并优化分销渠道效能，提升整体供应链响应速度。
3.    Order & Delivery management 订单与交付管理
Coordinate order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery.
协调订单处理流程，确保客户订单按时交付。
Resolve urgent orders, customer complaints, and supply chain disruptions.
处理紧急订单、客户投诉及供应链中断事件。
4.    Data Analysis & Reporting 数据分析与报告
Generate supply chain reports using ERP (e.g., SAP/Oracle) and analytics tools (Excel/Power BI, etc.).
使用ERP（如SAP/Oracle）和数据分析工具（Excel/Power BI等）生成供应链报告。
Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions.
识别流程瓶颈，提出数据驱动的改进方案。
5.    Cross-functional Collaboration 跨部门协作
Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Sales to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment.
与生产、采购、商务团队紧密合作，确保端到端供应链协同。
Follow additional task by direct leader and WWSC:完成领导和全球供应链安排的其他工作
任职资格
Qualifications
1.    Experience with commercial planning or demand planning, advanced forecasting tool/ methodology
具有需求计划或供应计划经验并使用过系统或工具
2.    Excellent communication skills and comprehensive business knowledge
出色的沟通技巧和全面的业务知识
3.     Bachelor or above. Major in Supply chain management, meth or CS/DS is preferred
统招全日制本科或以上学历，供应链管理专业，统计学或数据科学专业优先。
4.     Good English skill
出色的英语听说读写能力

9. Develop and maintain good relationship with customers & EI/EA CS team & suppliers. 发展和保持与客户和亚太以及欧洲客服团队及供应商的良好关系。

 10. Coordinate with related department for ELJL project 与相关部门协调项目。

11. Collaborate with others departments from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions. 协助合作其他不同背景的部门致力于共同发现问题解决问题。

12. Finish others Jobs arranged by line supervisor. 完成领导布置的其他工作。
