About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team, ensuring every vehicle service is managed professionally from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and understanding their servicing requirements
• Preparing service schedules and repair orders
• Providing accurate service recommendations and quotations
• Maintaining regular communication throughout the service process
• Coordinating workflow with technicians and the workshop team
• Identifying additional service opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and earnings
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience every time

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• A professional and positive attitude
• Confidence using computer systems and dealership software
• The ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
• A current Australian driver's licence

Experience within an automotive dealership environment will be highly regarded.
