About the Role 

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will primarily be responsible for guiding customers through the buying process, aiming to provide the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction, and delivering the best solution to meet their needs. 

You do not need previous automotive sales experience as we will provide you with full training and you will be working in a dynamic team environment with ongoing support. 

What you’d need to do in this role: 

• Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service 

• Present yourself professionally (both attitude and attire) 

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments 

• Build relationships with customers and potential customers through the sales process and after 

• Be in control of your lead management process. 

• Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs 

• Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step 

• Provide accurate information at the request of the guest. 

Skills & experience 

• Customer centric 

• Process driven 

• Must be highly motivated  

• Ability to meeting KPI’s and targets 

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
