About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Detailer Supervisor to lead our vehicle presentation team. This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily detailing operations, maintaining quality standards, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all vehicles are delivered in pristine condition.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring the detailing team
• Managing vehicle presentation schedules and workflow
• Conducting quality checks on completed vehicles
• Ensuring dealership presentation standards are consistently met
• Supporting stock control of detailing products and equipment
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
• Working closely with Sales, Service, and Management teams

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to motivate and develop team members
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Current unrestricted driver's licence
