About this role

Job Overview

Perform daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting for ion implantation equipment.
Handle SPC-related abnormality investigations and corrective actions.
Execute cost reduction (Cost Down) projects.

Key Responsibilities

Follow daily monitoring and autonomous management practices; promptly identify, report, and resolve product SPC excursions, defects, and equipment abnormalities.
Collaborate with Production and Process Engineers to balance production requirements, equipment troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities, maximizing tool utilization and productivity.
Perform equipment troubleshooting and drive capacity improvement initiatives.
Evaluate new equipment, materials, and tool modifications to improve efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing cost performance.
Work in a cleanroom environment and support shift/on-call duties and overtime as required.
Carry out other assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
