Product Engineer
Delvo builds AI tools for strategic procurement. Engineers own the complete product cycle: understand customer needs, select valuable problems, design solutions and deliver across the stack.
Work includes turning spend data, contracts and supplier information into actionable workflows, building interfaces through which users direct AI agents, and improving performance and reliability from real usage. Collaborate directly with founders and customers and improve internal engineering workflows with AI tools.
Background
Candidates should have shipped software for real users, possess strong frontend, backend and database foundations, and demonstrate product judgment, initiative and clear communication. AI-assisted development requires the ability to review and verify generated work. Procurement expertise and familiarity with every listed technology are not prerequisites.
The team hires at mid, senior and staff levels. Stack: TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, Vercel and Python.
Working arrangements
Full-time, in person at Delta Campus, Berlin Neukölln. Competitive salary, meaningful equity, a MacBook Pro and leading AI tools.
