GTM Lead
Delvo seeks a hands-on commercial leader who brings strategic procurement expertise into enterprise sales. This is an execution role: originate opportunities, advance them and close deals rather than advise from the sidelines.
Work
Build relationships with executives and procurement leaders at large German enterprises and Mittelstand companies. Lead discovery on procurement strategy, negotiations, spend visibility and supplier risk. Run customer and partner workshops, position Delvo within strategic procurement programs, and coach sales, business development and deployment colleagues in procurement. Represent the company externally and feed customer and market learning into product strategy.
Background
At least three years of practical strategic procurement experience is required; three to five years is preferred, not a maximum. Candidates need experience with large German businesses and direct engagement with C-level executives and procurement heads, beyond category managers alone. German and English fluency, commercial drive, ownership and comfort in a changing founder-led team are essential.
Terms
