Founder's Associate (Ops)

Delvo is building AI software for enterprise procurement. We're looking for a Founder's Associate to support our go-to-market and operations teams by turning requests into working internal tools and automations. This is a hands-on builder role where you'll identify bottlenecks, scope solutions, and ship them using AI coding tools.

What You'll Do

• Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into shipped tools and automations.
• Proactively identify manual, repetitive processes across the company and automate them before being asked.
• Build end-to-end with AI coding tools, handling scoping, building, testing, and shipping independently.
• Move fluidly between projects, from reporting automations to internal sales tools.
• Prioritize work that unblocks the business fastest and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Document what you build to ensure it's usable and maintainable by the broader team.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
• Ability to independently deliver working software using AI coding tools.
• Comfort making progress on ambiguous requests and working across multiple teams.
• Strong prioritization skills and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
