Founder's Associate Intern (GTM)

As Founder's Associate Intern (GTM), you'll work directly with our Founder and CEO on live enterprise deals. We're seeing strong pull from customers right now, and you'll move quickly from supporting active deals to owning them end-to-end—from first conversation through close. This is real ownership, not coordination work; you'll think like a founder about what moves each deal forward and execute accordingly.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with the founder on active deals: research accounts, prep materials, and track next steps.
• Own conference and event logistics, from identifying the right venues to representing Delvo on-site and following up afterwards.
• Create proposals, one-pagers, and deal collateral for prospective customers.
• Support workshops and customer/partner sessions through prep, logistics, and follow-through.
• Assist with finance and investor work, including fundraising materials, investor updates, and ad hoc analysis.
• Jump on whatever the founder needs solved that week.

What We're Looking For

• Studying at or recently graduated from a top-tier university.
• Completed 1–2 internships, ideally at a high-growth startup.
• Prior exposure to enterprise sales, consulting, or procurement.
• High agency and low ego—comfortable with research, admin, and follow-up as well as strategic work.
• Curious about GTM and eager to learn enterprise sales motions.
• Fluent in German and English.
