Deployment Strategist
Own Delvo customer deployments with engineering, from pilot to organization-wide adoption. Translate procurement and sourcing processes into practical workflows and product feedback.
Work
Understand each customer's category-management and sourcing needs, run discovery workshops, scope useful workflows, and distinguish reusable platform capabilities from account-specific work. Partner with procurement heads, category managers and executives on rollout plans. Build training materials, onboarding playbooks and practices that improve adoption across customers.
Background
Procurement, strategic sourcing or buyer-operations experience is required; procurement consulting experience is especially relevant. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on customer-facing work with both users and senior executives, fluency in German and English, and the initiative to navigate ambiguity and build strong relationships.
Terms
Full-time, Berlin office at Delta Campus in Neukölln, with some customer travel. Published salary is €60,000–€90,000, with equity possible. Starting ASAP.
