We are looking for an experienced Homeowner Insurance professional who knows the Florida market, understands carrier appetite, knows how to close business—and can teach others how to do the same.

This is NOT a traditional producer position. Your mission is to train, coach, and develop franchise owners and their teams to increase Homeowners Insurance production across our network.

What You’ll Do

• Train and coach franchise teams on the complete Homeowners Insurance sales process.
• Help identify opportunities, select carriers, quote, present, follow up, and close.
• Coach teams on Florida markets, carrier appetite, eligibility, and underwriting requirements.
• Work alongside franchisees on real opportunities to improve closing performance.
• Identify cross-selling and new-business opportunities.
• Develop practical strategies to increase Homeowners production.
• Conduct field visits throughout Florida and travel out of state as needed.

What You Must Bring

• ACTIVE FLORIDA 2-20 GENERAL LINES LICENSE — REQUIRED.
• Proven Florida Homeowners Insurance sales and closing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida carriers, markets, underwriting, and appetite.
• Experience training, coaching, or developing insurance professionals or business owners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
