Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager, Sales & IT

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager within our Sales and IT divisions. This position falls under our Corporate line of business and is located in our Peachtree Corners, GA or Brentwood, TN office. In this role, you will lead sourcing efforts across operations and sales while managing and mentoring sourcers. You will report directly to Director of Talent Sourcing and regularly collaborate with Talent Acquisitions Partners.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for operations and sales roles.
• Leveraging multiple sourcing channels and tools to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinating interview activity and managing candidate communication throughout the hiring process. 
• Providing data-driven recruiting updates and insights to HR leadership.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of talent acquisition sourcers.
• Managing additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience supporting North America-region recruiting 
• Experience sourcing and/or recruiting across sales and IT functions 
• Demonstrated leadership or team lead experience 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, specifically Dayforce or Workday and recruiting analytics
• Advanced proficiency using Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
