Applicants must be graduates of an approved program of vocational or practical nursing education with current Arkansas State Board Licensure. * ***Sign on Bonus* RN- Intensive Care Unit:** This on-site Registered Nurse position in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) requires an active Arkansas license. * **PSCN Billing Coordinator:** This on-site role involves answering phones and processing patient payments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **ADP WFN TEST - DO NOT DELETE:** An on-site Account Resolution Specialist is needed, requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as an Insurance Analyst or experience/training in data entry is needed. * **Environmental Services Tech I:** An on-site Environmental Services Tech I is needed to clean and service assigned areas. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write English. * **Patient Care Tech-Emergency Department:** This on-site role supports the health care team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and clinical experience or CNA is preferred. * **RN- Intensive Care Unit:** An on-site Registered Nurse is needed in the Critical Care Unit (CCU). The candidate requires an active license to practice in Arkansas. * **Registered Respiratory Therapist *Sign on Bonus*** This on-site role requires licensure by the Arkansas State Medical Board in Respiratory Care. The positions at Conway Regional utilize a variety of skills and technologies, including: Specimen Processing, Test Performance, Reporting Test Results, Teamwork, Collaboration, Patient Care, Nursing Process, Moderate Sedation, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Patient Payments, Data Entry, Cleaning, Sanitation, Respiratory Care, Therapeutic Testing, Diagnostic Testing, and more. All of the listed positions are on-site. 1. **What are the key qualifications for the Medical Lab Technologist position?** A candidate must have earned an Associate Degree in medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, or have met the other specific education and experience requirements. Testing personnel of Conway Regional Health System Clinical Laboratories must have successfully completed board registry exams and maintain valid licensure. 2. **What qualifications are required for the RN-Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology role?** The applicant must be a Registered Nurse with a current active Arkansas License. A BSN is preferred. Conway Regional Health System provides complete health care services to a seven-county service area of North Central Arkansas including Cleburne, Conway, Faulkner, Perry, Pope, Van Buren and Yell Counties.
