About this role
Provides all aspects of Respiratory Care upon the request of the Physicians orders or via Therapy Protocols. Delivers Therapeutic and diagnostic testing along with required respiratory therapy procedures within the standards of care outlined in the Respiratory Therapy procedure manual.
SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION:
This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. An employee who is under the influence of Marijuana constitutes a threat to patients/customers which Conway Regional is responsible for in providing and supporting the delivery health care related services.
Qualifications
Licensed by the ArkansasStateMedical Board in Respiratory Care
Must have experience in the field of respiratory therapy as a student or graduate.
Must have good communication skills with the customer and staff.
PR certification required before patient contact. ACLS preferred.

About Conway Regional
Conway Regional Health System provides complete health care services to a seven-county service area of North Central Arkansas including Cleburne, Conway, Faulkner, Perry, Pope, Van Buren and Yell Counties. Centered on a 150-bed, acute care medical center, the health system provides patients with a variety of services including heart health, orthopedic care, neuro-spine surgery, vascular surgery, gastroenterology services, women’s health, surgery, and rehabilitation. Conway Regional is the only hospital in Arkansas named to Modern Healthcare’s National Best Places to Work in 2018, 2019, and received the honor again in 2020.
