Specifically, the following positions are available: * **Google Ads Specialist - 1052 - Colombia:** This remote position offers a salary between 1600 - 2200 USD. * **Paid Ads Specialist - 1062 - Pretoria, South Africa:** This remote position offers a salary between 1600 - 2200 USD. * **Google Ads Specialist - 1052 - Buenos Aires, Argentina:** This remote position offers a salary between 1600 - 2200 USD. * **Paid Ads Specialist - 1062 - Brazil:** This remote position offers a salary between 1600 - 2200 USD. * **SEO Specialist- 1058 - Cape Town, South Africa:** This on-site position offers a salary between 1600 - 2400 USD. * **Google Ads Specialist - 1052 - Chile:** This remote position offers a salary between 1600 - 2200 USD. * **Wordpress Developer - 1057 - Chile:** This remote position offers a salary between 1800 - 2400 USD. * **Paid Ads Manager - 1073 - Johannesburg, South Africa:** This remote position offers a salary between 1200 - 1600 USD. * **Wordpress Developer - 1057 - Buenos Aires, Argentina:** This remote position offers a salary between 1800 - 2400 USD. * **Paid Ads Specialist - 1062 - Chile:** This remote position offers a salary between 1600 - 2200 USD. The Google Ads Specialist and Paid Ads Specialist roles require experience managing Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. These roles often involve campaign optimization, data analysis, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, with experience in the healthcare niche being preferred. Candidates for the SEO Specialist position must have experience in local SEO, on-page, off-page and technical SEO, and experience managing multiple client accounts. Wordpress Developer roles require experience in building and maintaining websites, with a focus on Wordpress and Shopify, with proven experience with PHP, CSS, and Javascript. The positions at Bionic Talent utilize a variety of technologies. The tech stack includes: Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. Other technologies used include Campaign Optimization, Data Analysis, A/B Testing, Performance Reporting, Lead Generation, SEO, and Social Media. WordPress and Shopify are also utilized, as well as PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and custom WordPress development. Bionic Talent offers both remote and on-site work arrangements. Several positions are fully remote. The on-site SEO Specialist position is located in Cape Town, South Africa. Working hours for some remote positions are from 9 am to 5 pm MT and 9 am to 5 pm EST. **1. What are the common requirements for the Paid Ads Specialist roles?** The Paid Ads Specialist positions generally require 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google, proficiency with Google Ads and other relevant tools, and strong English communication skills. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required. **2.
