About the role:
Our client is seeking a Legal Receptionist, fluent in both Spanish and English, who will assist the legal team by handling outbound calls for insurance claims, managing the reception, and handling administrative paperwork. This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced legal environment.
US law firm experience is preferred.
What you’ll be doing:
Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally.
Conduct outbound phone calls.
Assisting with clerical duties such as data entry, document formatting, and file management.
Manage and update calendars with appointments, deadlines, and case events.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and legal partners.
Regularly check court websites for updates and update case tasks accordingly.
Initiate and open new claims with insurance companies.
Proactively follow up with adjusters to gather and document claim-related information.
Provide empathetic first-point-of-contact support for clients during sensitive initial case stages.
Who are we looking for?
1+ year of experience in administrative support, preferably in the law niche.
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Experience in the insurance niche is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office productivity tools.
Past experience with CloudLex is preferred.
Legal experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Remote Status: Fully Remote
Preferred Location: Latin America
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm EST
Holidays: US Federal Holidays
Salary: USD 900 - USD 1200 per month
