About the client:

Our client, a personal injury law firm based in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their growing team. The firm handles a high volume of personal injury cases and values professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in supporting its attorneys and legal operations.




About the role:

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting attorneys by managing case files, drafting legal documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that cases move efficiently through all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with U.S. law firms—preferably in personal injury law—and be comfortable handling a variety of legal and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

US Law firm experience is a strong plus.

Personal Injury experience is required.




What you’ll be doing:

  • Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.

  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings to assist attorneys in case preparation.

  • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies regarding case-related matters.

  • Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.

  • Prepare settlement demands, medical chronologies, and other case-related summaries.

  • File documents with courts and manage deadlines to ensure compliance with legal procedures.

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

  • Perform administrative support as needed, including scheduling, calendaring, and data entry.




Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, with a strong background in personal injury law.

  • Prior experience working with U.S. law firms is required.

  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court filing requirements, and litigation processes.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

 


Position: Paralegal

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global  

Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1300 to USD 1500 per month
